BIBO Protocol: A Fee-Driven Economy for Launches and Liquidity
Public whitepaper, version 1.0, published 2 August 2026. English, 12 pages.
The paper explains why BIBO brings a Launchpad and ve(3,3) liquidity together. It develops the launch curve, Creator and Holder Fee sharing, vote-directed rewards, the five-times-fee allowance and the 80/20 Launchpad revenue policy, with worked examples and mathematical proofs.

For a first read, start with What is BIBO? and How BIBO Works. They explain the participants and the flow of fees in plain language. Use the whitepaper when you want to examine the rules behind those explanations, including how reward limits and buyback balances are calculated.
The whitepaper describes the full protocol design. The current release pairs Meme token launches with BIBOCAT, WETH or BGB; it does not include the ve(3,3) mechanism or the BIBO platform token. The Guides follow the actions currently available in the App.
Two points in Section 2.4 differ from the deployed contracts. It makes staked Meme tokens withdrawable seven days after the latest deposit; the contracts use six hours. It also lists a graduated pool's fees as its market fee and the Creator Fee; for launches after the first release, the contracts add a fixed platform fee, which is Launchpad protocol revenue.
