Launchpad

Create a Meme token and let people buy and sell before its first liquidity pool is ready.

A market from the first trade

The Launchpad gives a new project a market before it has an established LP community. A creator defines the token's identity, quote asset and fee policy; participants can then buy and sell against a bonding curve. This brings token creation and initial price discovery into the same launch process.

Each Meme token trades against a paired asset, also called its quote asset. Buyers pay with that asset, sellers receive it, and the project earns its fee income in it. The quote asset and project fee settings are fixed at creation.

Price discovery on the curve

The bonding curve is a pricing rule. As people buy, the curve holds fewer Meme tokens and more of the quote asset, moving the price upward. Selling moves it in the opposite direction. Buys advance the launch toward graduation; sells can reduce that progress.

The quote assets collected from trades, excluding fees, are the launch's real principal. They fund sales back to the curve and later seed the liquidity pool. A virtual reserve helps set the opening price, but represents no additional money available to withdraw.

A trade moves through the curve, so its average execution price can differ from the displayed spot price. The transaction preview expresses the result for the amount being traded, including applicable fees and the minimum received.

What launch activity funds

Launch trading supports both the protocol and the project. The protocol-owned fee allocation enters the 80/20 buyback and operations policy. Project revenue includes the creator's allocated share of base trading fees and any additional Creator Fee, then follows the project's chosen creator–holder split.

This gives each launch two connections to the wider economy: a market for its own community, and a contribution to BIBO's revenue-funded buybacks. Fees assigned to the project retain their own recipients; the principal accumulated toward graduation remains available for the liquidity transition.

From the curve to the LP layer

The graduation target is a threshold of real quote principal. Once it is reached, curve trading ends and the market transitions into a liquidity pool. Until that point, buys and sells can change the launch's progress; reaching the target depends on market participation.

The market page shows the current stage, trading history and graduation progress. After graduation, the project keeps the same token and gains a secondary-market venue within BIBO's LP layer.
